Thank you for shopping at Awesome Clock Faces. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for the digital products we sell.

Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital watch face themes for Garmin and Fitbit devices. There is no physical item shipped to you. After purchase, your theme file or redemption code is delivered instantly by email and/or on the order confirmation page, so you can install it right away.

Refund Eligibility

Because our products are delivered instantly and digitally, we are unable to offer a standard “change of mind” return once a file has been delivered and downloaded. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will provide a full refund or free replacement in the following cases:

• You did not receive your download link or redemption code within 24 hours of purchase.
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not install correctly on a supported device.
• You received the wrong item due to an error on our part.
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at contact@awesomeclockfaces.com within 14 days of your purchase date, including your order number and a description of the issue. Since delivery is instant, this 14-day window always begins after you have already received your item, giving you plenty of time to test it on your device.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are not able to offer a refund simply because a theme did not match your expectations after you were able to preview it on our site before purchase, or because your specific watch model was listed as compatible and works as described.
